Unitop Aquacare is a group company of Unitop Group, having presence and experience over 4 decades in providing engineering services across the world. We are certified with the certifications like ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 & 45001:2018 For India, CE Certified For Europe, SELO For China, NR 13 For South America & EAC For Russia which are required for the exporting the machines.

The group founder Mr S.M. Mondkar, a first class chemical engineering graduate from IIT Mumbai with over 45 years of Industrial experience in the field of evaporation & drying.

Mr A.S. Mondkar, mechanical engineering graduate with over 24 years of experience in design & project execution in the process engineering industry. Strong experience with almost 950+ clients in almost 22 countries.

Unitop Aquacare Ltd. Corporate office is with Modern engineering facilities of area 11,000 Sq. Feet in Thane. UAL Head Offices is just 25 Km from Mumbai airport.

Late Shree Shreepad Mondkar

Unitop Aquacare is an engineering company that was founded in 1974 by late S. M. Mondkar, an IIT graduate in Chemical Engineering. The company started during a time when India was in dire need of industrial growth and Mondkar’s vision for the company helped it to become a leader in the field of engineering industry. With his consistent efforts, Unitop Aquacare has grown exponentially and is now recognized globally for its contribution to the industry. Mondkar’s expertise in chemical engineering has been instrumental in the company’s success and has helped it to develop innovative solutions for its clients. Today, Unitop Aquacare is a synonym for quality and efficient engineering solutions and is a testament to the late S. M. Mondkar’s vision and dedication.

Fabrication Capability

Our manufacturing unit is spread over 50000 sq.ft and located in Thane, close suburb of Mumbai. The fabrication, Specialised QC and safety personnel are supported by skilled and semi skilled labour enabling us to meet time bound deliveries and quality standards. More recently we have opened our new state of art manufacturing setup in Gujarat at a special Economic Zone catering only for our growing export market. The factory is spread over 40000 sq.ft. Both these unit together have a manufacturing capacity of up to 10 evaporations plants every month.

Professional experts to advice customer's on the right selection of product specifications are present regionally within & outside India.

Proven Technology

Unitop has supplied over 600 evaporation plants over a period of 4 decade in various industries such as textiles, pharma, automobile, food, refineries. All of which are running satisfactorily, resulting number of repeated orders and strong references for us. Also this past experience helps us to understand the needs of the industry better.

A professional team of over 40 engineers experience in commissioning & supporting the clients. We have dedicated engineering staff to provide online support to our clients for their urgent requirements.

All our manufacturing setups are ISO 9001-2015 certified by DNV as well approved /certified by various consultants such as EIL, Mott Mcdonald, AKER solutions, TCE, Jacobs.All our manufacturing setups are equipped with automated machinery to cater to our customer's needs, ensuring quality. We are equipped to provide our customer's products of international standards such as CE, ASME SECTION VIII, SELO.
